For example, most sellers can execute their documents a few days or a week before the closing and not have to worry about running back to an office on moving day. And for buyers we can accommodate the following types of closings to make your life easier:

• Mail away closings (if the lender allows)
• Split closings (seller and buyer close at different times)
• Mobile closings (we can come to you)
In most cases the Purchase & Sales contract will be drafted on the standardized Rhode Island Realtors Association Purchase and Sales Agreement, while this is a familiar document to many, we feel it prudent to have Attorney Schein review the P&S so your interests are protected. Just a few additions or omissions can change the entire complexion of the contract.
